The Villas

Dem två identiska stenvillorna Stathis och Erotokritos byggdes år 2008 med det traditionella sättet av sten från Kefaloniens berg. Varje sten var skuren för hand till husens väggar. Båda villorna har sin egna privata trädgård som är ca 1500 m2 och omges av olivträd. I dessa villor kan du lära känna den traditionella grekiska atmosfären, men ändå njuta av ett liv fullt av lyx.

Olive Garden Villas ligger en bit från bilvägen på en gård i ett lugnt och stillsamt område med utsikt över gröna berg och ön Ithaka. Båda villorna har sin egna swimming-pool och grill. Gården ligger 1 km från stranden och 2 km från Samis Centrum. Där finns olika sorter av affärer, samt Post, Bank,vårdcentral, mataffärer, souvenir och kläder butiker, pizzarier, restauranger och Tavernas med färsk fisk och traditionell Grekisk mat!
