5. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions are those shown at the time of booking. Accommodation services for specific dates are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Guest Obligations

Guests must respect the property, house rules, and applicable laws. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, to the extent permitted by Greek law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Greece.
