The olive grove around the houses is filled with beautiful trees producing the olives, which are used  to make the Olive Garden Villa`s delicious, organic extra-virgin olive oil.

 

 

 

 Every November the olives are picked by hand and taken to a traditional stone olive press in Troianata, Cephalonia.
